According to the Notice on the Review Results of the Application Projects Received by NSFC in 2021 published by the NSFC Committee on August 18, a general project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China of Institute of Energy of Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center (hereinafter referred to as Institute of Energy) has been approved, which was the first national natural science research project for Institute of Energy.
In December last year, the Institute of Energy was officially approved and registered as a supporting unit of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. During the centralized application for scientific research projects in 2021, the institute actively organized and applied for 8 National Natural Science Foundation projects. Finally, the general project Controllable Construction and Interface Control of Ordered Gas Diffusion Electrode for CO2 Reduction applied by researcher Bi Wentuan was approved and funded.
The institute will continue to be committed to the application and management of NSFC projects. The Institute of Energy will forge ahead valiantly and makes breakthroughs to enhance its research innovation and influence and build itself into an “aircraft carrier level” research platform facing the forefront of world science and technology.
